Work in a reserve helping staff with day-to-day tasks such as tracking and monitoring of wild animals, daily maintenance of fences and pipes, and awareness.
African wildlife is in danger due to human expansion and industrialization. These endangered species need the help of people from all walks of life to save them. Typical day
6 am- Eat breakfast with the other volunteers.
7 am- project starts
12-pm lunch break
3pm- Project work ends
7 pm -dinner with other volunteers
Free-time activities
Volunteers work in the reserve 4 to 5 days per week and are encouraged to explore the surrounding villages or Johannesburg a few hours away.
