Accommodation

During your stay in Rome, you will be accommodated in a Camping. Located just outside the huge, historic center of Rome, your accommodation is a camping shifting towards eco-friendly practices, just 45 minutes away from the train station. Around, you can find everything you need: local coffee shops, supermarkets, ATMs, pharmacies and other utilities .
The camping is 5 minutes walking from the bus stop. Fiumicino Airport is around 25km away, while Ciampino Airport is 31km away.

The camping is a green oasis, apart from the fast pace of Rome city center. Its wide spaces contribute to a chill, friendly atmosphere.
The camping mainly accommodate young people and international travelers that want to visit Rome in a more sustainable way.
WiFi is available in some common areas, but there are various green spots perfect to socialize or take some time for yourself. In addition to areas such as the restaurant, there is also a big swimming-pool - accessible from late May until September.
The welcoming and young staff is originally from Rome, so you can ask them the best tips and advices to enjoy the city and surroundings like a local! With us you can also rent bikes for free, explore the city and go biking through the archaeological parks.

- ALL SERVICES AND OPTIONS:
Buffet restaurant with fresh, local food (and veggie options!), free WiFi, swimming pool, 24-hour reception, laundry, green areas. You can also be very active, since there also are table tennis, billiards and a basketball courts. These are just a few of the facilities the hostel offers!
- SUSTAINABILITY:
The camping is shifting towards a sustainable model, solar panels are already in use and drinking water is available in the area close to the reception, to fight plastic use. The green areas are protected like a sanctuary, and separate waste collection is practised. Moreover, the camping is animal-friendly!

Food & Beverages

We provide 2 meals a day, at the accommodation - breakfast and dinner. For both, you always have available more than one option, as well as vegetarian/vegan dishes. During summer, a food-truck is available in the area of the swimming pool, for sandwiches and quick snacks. The food is always fresh and includes Mediterranean cuisine as well as local and seasonal products. This way, you will have the chance to taste a good-quality, wide variety of traditional Roman and Italian meals.

Do you have any Food Restrictions? If you have any diet restrictions or special diet, please let us know as soon as possible so we can be prepared to provide appropriate meals for you.

2024 at Youth Supporter

I recommend this experience to absolutely anyone, it was the best of my life. The first week my placement was in a Skatepark in Cascais, so I had to catch a train and then a bus. Although it was good and the commute was fine, I didn't feel comfortable at the beggining so I asked to switch to a ...

2024 at Environmental Scuba Diving

The people working there were really supportive and genuinely wish for you to have a good experience. My first day was an introduction to the area, possibility to get help with the tickets for the public transports and a guided tour of Lisbon. They also have communication chats for you to contact ...

2024 at Animal Care and Protection

Honestly, I was surprised, when on the website it shows photos of so many dogs, animals, it turned out I was working at a cat sanctuary. It's not that I was disappointed by the cats, it was just a shock, and also, at points of the sanctuary I feel like I wasn't apart of it massively, there wasn't ...

2024 at Environmental Scuba Diving

Here’s a more formal and assertive version of your feedback: After months of requesting a detailed schedule for our diving experience, we only received the information after all payments had already been made. To pay €1,500 for a week, only to end up with just four dives, is completely ...

2024 at English Teaching to the community

Unfortunately, my experience was not the best one. The lodging was too far from the project; we had to travel almost two hours to get there. The classes were not organized. After one week, and following my request, I was assigned to a school which was fine but still one hour bus and metro to get ...

2024 at Impact Surf Camp

I would not recommend the Impact Surf Camp program. I thought it was way too expensive for what you get in return. When I was there, early November 2024, I was the only one who had booked the Surf Camp program. At first it was cancelled the day before it started because of the weather, even though ...
