Typical day
7 AM Wake up and do the morning meditations , walk around , physicals training
8 AM Breakfast
9 AM go to the local school
10 AM English Language teaching
1 PM Lunch
2 PM back to farm house \ Home stay
4-5 PM support farm house works etc.
6-7 PM free time to explore around
8 PM Dinner and bed ...
Free-time activities
As a volunteer you can explore various places in weekend like Paro Taktsang, Punakha Dzong, Thimbu Dzong , Do Chula pass, Punakha , Tiger Nest, Rafting in Paro river, bicycling etc. with extra cost .

Volunteers can start this programme any time of the year as it is available all year around. You can fly to Bhutan Paro international airport from Asian destinations like Kathmandu, Delhi, Kolkata, Bangkok, Hongkong etc.
In Paro airport you will be pick up and transfer to the project site.
